The Boot Camp
Procastination and laziness has kicked in once again lately so I signed myself up to a fitness boot camp to push me hard and help me get more motivated.
The group is called Fitness Forever Boot Camp, training twice a week in Fort Canning Park.
My first day with Maverick our trainer, consists of 3 sets of intense squats, burpees, bicep curls, planking, lunges and more..
Next, sprinting up the killer hill and slowly running down for two laps.
Then more planking, crunches and leg raise and finally cool down exercises.
Thank God I'm still alive. Lol!
Added to that, this is the only way to go up the location and out the park - long flight of stairs up to the white tower!
On the bright side, I have a beautiful scene walking to the train back home.
