Boot Camp: Day 2
WEDNESDAY DOMS ALERT!
After Tuesday, first day of boot camp my whole Wednesday was a disaster. All pain and stiffness a.k.a delayed onset muscle soreness. Everything that I do is a struggle even walking on a stairs or picking up toys BUT on the other side this is a good pain - means I worked hard and soon I'll thank myself for having the courage to doing this.
Today, I just finished my second day. I feel nauseous while I'm typing this. That was one hell of a hard work-out!
Same venue, same time.
Warm up, two rounds of running around the park and two sets of work out then it started raining very hard! But that didn't stop us at all.
We moved under the shade, kept going and the work out just keep getting harder and harder. Good thing our coaches are very good in pushing us! They're just very friendly and very motivational!
I would recommend this to my friends and hopefully they will try this. This is my second time and I will definitely see the result sooooon!!!
