Boot Camp: Day 3

After three days of not feeling well from last weeks workout, I'm back again doing more!

Day 3, getting comfortable with coaches Maverick and Melvin, workout mates and intense workout repetitions and sets!

We usually start the day with two laps running around the park (I was late today because I took the MRT and my app told it takes 27min to arrive but it took me almost 45min!) so I missed the warm up.

First set, 4 workouts, 3 reps of 1min each workout with 30 secs break.

After the set, we did another round of running, 60 secs break and back to next set of work out.

5 workouts, 2 reps, 1 minute each with 30 secs interval.

It was a hard workout for today but I believe patience and consistency is the key for a stronger, fitter and better me! ;)
